CONFERENCE REGISTRATION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Submission of an online registration will be regarded as a firm booking for registration and acceptance of these terms and conditions. However, the registration will not be confirmed until full payment has been received in the official account of the organisation. Payment in full must be paid by the delegate at time of registration and but not later than last date of registration before the conference begins. In the event that full payment is not received by the organisation then, the delegate will be refused entry to the conference. We accept payment by online payment gateway, demand draft and cheque, please note that all transfer charges must be met by the delegate. All registrations are strictly personal and non-transferable: Replacements or name change are not allowed. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. You may be asked to show an identification document (e.g. Passport/Aadhar etc.) when picking up your kit at the registration desk. LOC has right to close the registration at any date, if the registration reaches the number for which arrangements have been made.

 

2. PRIVACY

The personal information supplied in connection with this booking will be held by 70th IPC as a record of attendees and parties expressing interest. By registering for this conference, the parties concerned are agreeing that the conference organisers may use that personal information to contact them by email, telephone, fax or other electronic mode, in order to supply information relevant to this conference, or about other conferences, events and opportunities that the organisers are planning and feel may be of interest to them. The organisers may also share this information with its partners and event sponsors for them to contact the delegates about other products and services which may be of interest to the delegates. If you do not want your details to be used in this manner, please contact 70th IPC by letter or email to confirm this.

 

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND

  • Any delegate wishing to cancel his/her registration, the registration fee will not be refunded. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be made. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate and there will not be any additional liability to 70th IPC, event hosts or any other individual associated with the event organization.

 

4. CHANGES AND POSTPONMENT

70th IPC reserves the right to make alterations to the conference programme, venue and timings at any time. In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the conference is being postponed or the dates being changed, the organisers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate. If by re-arrangement or postponement the event can take place, the booking between the delegate and the organisers shall remain in force and will be subject to the cancellation schedule mentioned above.

 

5. LIABILITY

Views expressed by speakers, sponsors and/or exhibitors during the 70th IPC are strictly their own. 70th IPC cannot accept liability for any advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker, sponsor and/or exhibitor at the conference or in any material provided to delegates. In addition, 70th IPC shall not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of the services or information provided in connection with the event under reference.

 

6. INSURANCE

It is the responsibility of the delegates to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. 70th IPC cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property or life of any participant, delegate or any other person visiting the said conference.

 

7. PHOTOS & FILMING

For promotional purposes, photos and video recordings will be authorised personnel hired by the organisers of 70th IPC during the conference. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organisers in writing prior to the event. The negatives, films, photos as well their soft copies, will become the property of the organisers of 70th IPC, which may be used later for publishing, printing etc. at any later stage.

 

8. WEBSITE & LINKS

The conference and associated 70th IPC websites may link to other websites and networking tools provided for the convenience of the users. The contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which 70th IPC takes no responsibility. Neither can responsibility be taken for contents of any website linking to this website.

 

9. VISA REQUIREMENT

It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his/her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications.

 

10. GENERAL

Organisers of 70th IPC reserve the right at all time to change, amend, add or remove any of the above terms without prior notice. If one or more of the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions should be or become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants of this event, including delegates, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors and their representative/employees, as the case may be.

In case of any controversy/dispute/complaint the matter will referred to the Chairman, Protocol committee whose decision will be final in the matter.
